Contact form for Other Organizations, Groups and Law Enforcement
TruthLine LLC provides flexible research, outreach, communications, digital, and project-development services for organizations, professionals, advocacy initiatives, investigative teams, media projects, and independent businesses.
Because our work often crosses multiple disciplines, we do not use a one-size-fits-all pricing model.
Instead, each engagement begins with a conversation about the client’s goals, required deliverables, timeline, complexity, and level of support. From there, TruthLine develops a customized scope of work and pricing structure.
Our goal is simple:
Understand the objective. Build the framework. Execute the work.

Contract Options
TruthLine offers several engagement structures depending on the project. Hourly billing works best for projects where the exact workload cannot be determined in advance. This may include research, consulting, outreach, document review, ongoing strategy, or project support.
Standard professional services generally begin at $60 per hour. Specialized, urgent, high-complexity, or travel-based work may be quoted at a higher rate.
Rush & Priority Projects
Expedited work may be accepted depending on availability.
Projects requiring significantly shortened deadlines, weekend work, or priority scheduling may include an additional rush fee. Typical rush premiums may range from 25% to 50%, depending on the requested turnaround and workload. Any rush pricing will be disclosed before work begins.
Customized Engagements
Not every project fits neatly into one category. A TruthLine engagement may involve several service areas at once.
For example: Research + Outreach + Web Development + Documentation + Visual Design + Video + Strategy Rather than forcing the work into a predetermined package, TruthLine can create one customized contract that reflects the actual needs of the project.
Request a Project Consultation
You do not need to know exactly which service category your project belongs in before contacting TruthLine.
Tell us:
-
What you are trying to accomplish
-
What problem you are trying to solve
-
What work has already been completed
-
What support you believe you need
-
Your anticipated timeline
-
Your preferred budget range
TruthLine can then determine the appropriate service structure and prepare a customized proposal or Scope of Work.
Bring us the objective. We help build the framework.
Fixed Project Agreements
When the scope and deliverables can be clearly defined, TruthLine may provide a fixed project price.
Examples may include:
-
Research reports
-
Investigative timelines
-
Training manuals
-
Websites
-
Business workflows
-
Advocacy resources
-
Video projects
-
Communications packages
-
Project-development plans
Fixed projects generally begin at $300.
The final price is determined by complexity, estimated labor, deadlines, revisions, required research, and deliverables.
Monthly Retainers
Ongoing clients may choose a monthly support agreement.
Retainers are appropriate for organizations that regularly need research, communications, design, outreach, website support, project development, or consulting.
Typical structures may include:
Support Retainer
Starting at $750 per month
For clients requiring a limited number of recurring professional support hours.
Ongoing Professional Support
Starting at $1,500 per month
For clients needing consistent research, communications, consulting, digital, or project-development assistance.
Embedded Project Support
Custom Pricing
Designed for organizations requiring substantial ongoing involvement across multiple service areas.
Additional work outside the agreed monthly scope may be billed separately.

-

-
Deliverables
-
Estimated timeline
-
Hourly rate or project fee
-
Payment schedule
-
Included revisions
-
Approved expenses
-

This structure allows TruthLine to support different types of work for the same client without renegotiating the entire professional relationship each time.
